Loparite-(Ce) is a rare REE oxide, with the finest examples coming from the Kola Peninsula. The broken face of this piece reveals, that the specimen is composed nearly entirely of tiny, lustrous, black, interpenetrating crystals. Rare in this richness from the Lovozero Massif.
