Gorgeous sprays of highly lustrous, translucent, vivid deep azure-blue tabular linarite crystals aesthetically and dramatically cover the sculptural large oxide-tinted quartz matrix on this striking, colorful and very rich cabinet specimen from one of the well-known mines at Bingham, New Mexico. Linarite is a signature species from Bingham, along with fluorite. Formerly in the Roman Gaufman Collection. Ex Dr. Vasco Trancoso Collection. This is an unusually large and rich specimen with a very showy presence. A MUST for the species or locality collector. Seldom on the market in the size, richness and quality.
