Linarite is a Holy Grail species from the famous Blanchard Mine and it gets better, when they cover a well-formed galena cube, which is itself covered with cerussite! Scintillating, gemmy and lustrous, azure-blue and electric-blue, linarite needles and microcrystals cover the top and one side of the galena cube on this very fine thumbnail from the Ed Bancroft Collection. Rare in this quality of combination. A cloth label is attached to the bottom with a $17.50 price.
