The true Holy Grail of the famous Blanchard Mine is highly sought-after linarite. This is definitely one of the very best and richest specimens we have seen. Sparkling, bright royal-blue linarite crystals and blades are nicely accented by a scattering of pastel-green, fluorite cubes on an attractively contrasting iron oxide-coated quartz crystal matrix. This is exceptional quality material from this locale. Ex Dennis Mullane Collection and comes with three, older labels dating from the 1950 to 60s, which is way before the famous find of the early 1980s.
