Item Description
Spiky limonite has strikingly encrusted an intergrown sculptural trio of sharp fluorite cubes and accessory calcite from the famous and extinct Kamariza mines at ancient Lavrion. The impressive large coated cube is 4.4 x 4.1 cm. The backside reveals the glassy, translucent sea-green fluorite and mostly massive calcite. Purple fluorite fluorescence. An outstanding and uncommon limonite-coated combination from these famous mines. Ex Dr. Barratt Phillips Collection.
