Item Description
A striking and beautiful intergrown cluster of shockingly gemmy and lustrous, bi-colored, liddicoatite/elbaite crystals from Madagascar. The vibrant colors are cranberry-red and golden-orange, truly unusual on these well-striated beauties. The cluster is pristine and all of the crystals are doubly terminated. The snow-white feldspar and quartz crystals are a super compliment. Super material from this less well-known pegmatite, obtained from Dr Federico Pezzotta many years ago by exchange. It is a gorgeous miniature with many display angle possibilities. 22 grams.
