An unusually richly crystallized example from a classic locality of this rare copper species: Lustrous, sharp, dipyramidal, green-black Libethenite crystals, to about 4 mm, are festooned on the sculptural, mounded, triangular, miniature matrix atop contrasting green, botryoidal, Pseudomalachite. This is a superb and rich example of this copper phosphate species from this less well-known open pit Zambia copper and cobalt mine.
