A beautiful and unusually colored YELLOW Lepidolite from Itinga with rather lustrous faces and satured color. The crystals are actually gemmy when backlit. As of the time I have posted this auction, it is still unclear if Lepidolite will be redefined / renamed, or completely discredited. Right now, it's said to be a series between Polylithionite and Trilithionite. Nonetheless, do not miss out on this great Brazilian display piece, as good specimens of Lepidolite (or any Mica species) are not common on the market, especially with THIS kind of color.
