Herb Obodda is renowned for his unusual cut stones sold at his mineral dealership booth for many years; and this is certainly a fine example from a most unusual locality in India. The oval cut, clear quartz cabochon has a myriad of reddish-pink lepidocrosite flecks (related to goethite and limonite), that impart a very pretty and most unusual speckled-look under bright light. 7.1 carats.
