Item Description

Gemmy golden-yellow terminated legrandite crystals, to 1.1 cm, are aesthetically set in the vug atop gossan matrix on this adorable miniature from famed Mina Ojuela. The vug is lined with sprays of tiny adamite blades adding character. Legrandite is a Holy Grail species from here along with purple adamite and scorodite. Excellent and very showy material from the famous finds of the1960s and 70s. Valued at $750.
