This rare Zinc Arsenate is one of the most sought after treasures in the mineral collecting world. Legrandite from Mapimi is among the most famouns mineral occurences extant. This piece features several sharp, lustrous, translucent, yellow color, monoclinic "blades" of Legrandite on limonite matrix. The largest crystal measures 8 mm. Additionally, the label states that it is associated with Paradamite, Adamite, Austinite, Hemimorphite and Calcite.
