Item Description

A striking, 2.1 cm wide, columned curtain of gemmy and lustrous, rich yellow, legrandite crystals is well-placed, front and center on the sturdy, banded, gossan matrix on this showy specimen from the famous Mina Ojuela. A very nifty 5 mm totally gem legrandite crystal protrudes out of the face of the curtain. Additional legrandite crystals scattered about add to the character of this fine example of one of the Holy Grail species from this renowned locale. The fat, isolated blade is 9 x 6 mm. The crest of the curtain is both terminated and contacted, with no real damage, per se. Highly representative and rich for the famous species and locale. Ex Consie Prince Collection.
