Although Legrandite has been found in multiple world localities, the species is almost exclusively connected to a single locality, in this case, the famed Ojuela Mine in Mexico. This rare and highly sought after zinc arsenate species is certainly among the most desirable treasures in the mineral collecting world. This specimen features a group of lustrous, translucent, intense glowing yellow color Legrandite crystals, free of matrix .
