Item Description

A rich and colorful ore specimen from this famous locale, the Type Locality for leadhillite. The vuggy quartz-rich matrix hosts leadhillite, caledonite, pyromorphite, chrysocolla, linarite and cerussite. Not pretty to look at, but a rich highly representative old-time example with 6 species from this noted locale. Ex. Dr. Art Soregaroli Collection. Such pieces, or anything, from this locale are very rarely seen! THis one isn't ugly, at least!
