Item Description
An extremely rare and showy pseudomorph thumbnail from the Type Locality of lazurite. Bright blue lazurite has pseudomorphed numerous sharp, hexagonal "books" of bladed mica var. phlogopite in the starkly contrasting marble matrix. A couple of brassy pyrite crystals are a nice accent. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock. Leave it to Herb to find such a rarity.
