The Yukon Territory produces the finest lazulites in the world and this a very fine and aesthetic combination plate from the Ed Bancroft Collection. A band of scintillating, sharp, indigo-blue to very dark blue/black, prisms to 1.1 cm is aesthetically flanked on either side with glassy quartz points. The back has been sawed to enhance the display quality. Difficult to photograph, these always look better in person. Top notch combination material.
