Item Description

Agate is EXTREMELY RARE from this ancient mining district, that reccvered Cu-Ag-Au ores in medieval times and later during the 18th to 20th centuries (MINDAT). This is a eyecatching large polished layered slab with pretty variable brown colors surrounded by a striking orange-brown rind. Rare old material from a Czech collection with a calculated 1918 date.
