Large Willemite xl w/ Calcite & Franklinite

Item Description

A huge, classic, willemite crystal aesthetically accented on both ends with calcite and embedded franklinite crystals from Franklin. The moderately lustrous, tan, partially euhedral crystal has textbook, hexagonal form. The back and lower front are contacted and some of the franklinites are broken. We have seen pieces like this priced at $300-500 at East Coast shows. Super green fluorescence on the willemite and rich red for the calcite.
