Large Wardite xl

Big, impressive wardite from Rapid Creek. This large sharp thumbnail crystal has classic pseudo-octahedral tetragonal form. The very glassy highly lustrous translucent crystal has pretty mottled yellow-green color. The striated faces and attached siderite add even more pizzazz to this outstanding large crystal. Wardite is a relatively rare phosphate and is a signature Rapid Creek species along with lazulite, whiteite, gormanite and siderite.
