Item Description
A spectacular, complete all-around, large sharp sphalerite crystal is aesthetically set on the quartz crystal-rich matrix on this outstanding example from the famous San Antonio Mine. The 3.6 cm, splendent jet-black crystal is a classic twin and is very well-striated. The sphalerite looks great from every side and is nearly pristine, with only small bit of bruising. This must have been a significant find, as even the mine level is known. Ex Larry Krause dealer stock.
