Dramatic and sculptural large 360-degree cluster of intergrown Quartz crystals richly included with Schorl from this less well-known Swiss pass. The very glassy and lustrous crystals are transparent to translucent to opaque from the dense schorl inclusions. The undulating stepped-growth faces and striking opposing crystal clusters really add character to this impressive piece. Specimen mass is 1764 grams or 3.9 pounds. Comes with a custom-made and engraved lucite base valued at $225 or more for free. Ex Brent Lockhart Swiss Collection and comes with copies of the specimen photo and Brent's label. Complete all-around and pristine. A contact lower on one side has no damage, per se. Combination specimens of this size, richness and quality are VERY RARE from here.
