An outstanding and aesthetic, large pyrite and quartz combination from the recent July, 2015 find at the Mundo Nuevo Mine. Dramatic, well-placed, splendent and beautifully striated, brassy pyrite cubes are surrounded by beautiful sprays of glassy quartz points. The striking large cube is 4.1 x 3.8 cm. Nearly pristine, with only scattered trivial edge wear to the pyrites. This exceptional piece has two excellent display views. Valued at $1500-2000 and worth it.
