Large orange Creedite!

Wow! This is by far the largest and most impressive specimen of intergrown orange creedite balls, that we have offered at auction. Dramatic balls, to 10.3 cm, on the upper right form a most sculptural large piece. The sparkly, gemmy and lustrous, mostly burnt-orange prisms, with some colorless crystals, reach about 1.3 cm. Considering the huge size and crystal density, the few bruised areas and scattered broken crystals are certainly acceptable in the context of this remarkable large piece. This locality may be extinct, as we have heard that the tunnel collapsed. Definitely a museum sized specimen! 12.1 pounds or 5.5 kilos mass.
