Item Description

A very large, 3.5 cm olmiite ball dramatically crowns this impressive specimen from this noted locale. The ball is composed of sparkling, translucent, deep peach orthorhombic crystals. A fascinating and unusual aspect is the underlying very large "ball" of lighter olmiite and the capping ball, that are mostly to partially encased by the manganite crust. Fine and uncommon olmiite for the locale and looks great without aid. Ex Charlie Key dealer stock.
