Striking puffballs of beautiful snow-white okenite needles, to 3.0 cm, richly line the floor of the sculptural deep vug with starkly contrasting sparkly, nubby light straw-yellow gyrolite on this very fine large specimen from this extinct quarry. Colorless, translucent, second-generation gyrolite balls, to 2.0 cm, at the left entrance to the vug are a super accent. The soaring population of Mumbai closed the quarries in the area.
