Wow! An impressive, very sculptural, large oval vug in basalt is filled with striking clusters of soft-to-the-touch, ivory colored hairy okenite balls. Part of vug is lined with botryoidal gyrolite. Ahmadnagar okenite is rare compared to other well-known Maharashtra localities and this is an outstanding large large combination specimen. Rare in this size and quality. Ex Robert Nowakowski Collection # 1094. 8.4 pounds or 3.8 kilos.
