Item Description
Mineral specimens from this obscure mine in this old copper mining district are rare. This is an impressive large floater plate of native copper. One side has a striking rich and dense pattern of dendritic spinel-twinned copper crystals with a nifty cuprite coating. The other side is very hummocky, knobby and bubbly copper. Both sides have green copper oxide coatings. A dramatic and rare old-timer from this locale. 1011 grams or 2.2 pounds.
