Large Mint Green pseudocubic Apophyllite on Stilbite

A spectacular and very aesthetic, LARGE CABINET, combination specimen from 2005-2006 finds at Jalgaon. A stunning, 4.0 x 4.0 cm, glassy, lustrous and pretty mint-green apophyllite cube is beautifully complimented by lustrous, pearlescent, stilbite blades and smaller apophyllites. All is perched upon the very sculptural curved vug lined with starkly contrasting, snow-white, drusy quartz. Jalgaon continuely amazes with the fine quality of zeolite specimens. But pieces of such color saturation remain rare amidst the crowd, and the pseudo-cubic crysatl habit here is unusual. Valued at $1200-1500 for the large apophyllite, overall quality and aesthetics.
