Item Description
Millar's Mine was opened around 1900 as a radioactive mineral and phosphate prospect (MINDAT). Large, single microcline crystals of this completeness and quaity are very uncommon. The pristine crystal has textbook form, moderate luster and tannish-brown color. The elongated crystal growth features add much pizzazz to this impressive 360-degree specimen. Probably old-time material from this classic Ontario locale.
