Large Manganoan Calcite (fluorescent) w/ Lollingite

A dramatic and aesthetic large combination from this now famous remote mine. An impressive 6.7 x 5.0 cm stepped-growth translucent manganoan calcite rhomb with pretty pastel-pink color and frosted faces is strikingly accented with sprays of starkly contrasted metallic lollingite blades and smaller calcite rhombs. The large lolingite spray is 2.3 cm. This very sculptural piece is nearly pristine, with only a bit of bruising along an edge of the large rhomb, which is certainly only a modest detraction. Combination calcite and lollingite specimens of this quality, style and size are very uncommon from here and this is an exceptional example. The piece has several fine display views. Bright orange fluorescence.
