Item Description
Sparkly tiny translucent emerald-green malachite crystals cover the bubbly botryoids on this most impressive sculptural large undulating plate from the Mashamba West Mine. A few small spots of scuffing/contacting have negligible impact to the overall exceptional quality of the piece. Periphery wear reveals the banded nature of the dramatic solid malachite crust. This is a remarkable and RARE large example of this malachite varietal from this famous open pit copper mine.
