Item Description

Mineral specimens of any type are RARE from this very obscure Lemhi County deposit and a large magnetite crystal of this quality is rare from any of the many localities for the species, that MINDAT lists for the county. This is a very sharp and lustrous, mottled-gray dodecahedron, that displays well from either side. Magnetic, as you would expect. Choice and rare material from the Art Soregaroli Collection.
