Item Description

A rare, large sharp, magnetite octahedron from an obscure Colorado locale. The lustrous, brownish-black crystal is essentially pristine. One corner and part of the out-of-sight back were sharply contacted against other crystals, but there is damage, per se. Magnetic, as you would expect. A fine large Colorado rarity from the Bob Trimingham Collection.
