Item Description

Rich cornflower-blue, highly lustrous, glassy kyanite blades are dramatically set on all three sides of this impressive large kyanite and quartz from recent finds at this famous locale. The striking jackstraw placement of the blades, to 9.8 cm, really adds scuptural character to this very fine large example. Choice material of a common species that often just does not come out in specimen grade quality. The piece displays very well without aid.
