Some of the worlds finest, if not the best, gypsum crystals have come from the Naica District of Mexico. This visually dramatic and sculptural LARGE CABINET specimen consists of a striking matched pair of water-clear, gem-like, spear-point crystals. All of the crystal faces are enhanced by striations and some of the lower prism faces have nifty stepped-growth. A bit of edge wear and bruising are noted and the back is cleaved.
