Super-glassy, super-gemmy, selenite blades to 6.0 cm rise akimbo off this fabulous, LARGE CABINET, plate from finds in China about 5 years ago. Some of the faces on the water-clear crystals are lightly frosted. The luster and glassiness of these blades exceed those from Naica, which are among the best in world. For such dense coverage, you have to look hard to notice any broken crystals. Pretty incredible for such a soft mineral! Outstanding large material from this small find. Valued at $500-700..
