Large gemmy included Calcite

Item Description

An impressive and unusual calcite from the famous mines at Dal'negorsk. The striking large water-clear, hexagonal crystal is richly included in the front of the crystal with unusual brown hair-like fibers (hematite?). The nicely accenting smaller crystals in the front are even more densely included. The scattered bit of very trivial bruising to the front and the contacted back, with trivial damage, per se, are certainly only modest detractions this remarkable included calcite. A very uncommon style for Dal'negorsk, famed for calcite diversity and quality.
