A striking, gorgeous, gemmy, LARGE CABINET calcite from Elmwood! The crystal is twinned and the terminations have highly desirable golden-amber color and gemminess. Dramatic, indeed. The twin terminations on one end add pizzazz. Specimens of this quality have become uncommon. This is an excellent, large crystal. The crystal itself, is essentially pristine, with only one small insignifcant spot of edge rubbing, out-of-sight on the back. The single termination and one of the two double terminations have only very trivial cleaving. It looks pristine. This is a dramatic, large and very fine example of the famed species and locale.
