Beautiful, gem, golden-yellow interpenetrating fluorite cubes with satin luster faces cover the rolling, 3-dimensional large matrix on this impressive sculptural specimen from this famous locale. The clusters of glassy calcite rhombs, to 2.5 cm, accented with stepped-growth faces coursing across the top are a typical and classic accessory. Overall, the piece is in good shape, with only a couple of gentle spots of bruising to the fluorites and the the calcites. The one cleaved calcite rhomb is certainly only a modest detraction. Yellowish-white fluorite and modest pink calcite fluorescence. Classic and excellent large combination material from the Paul Zerfass Collection # 541.
