Item Description
An impressive and sculptural large fluorite and barite combination from this well-known Asturias area fluorite mine. Aesthetically clustered below the crown of ivory-colored barite blades, the pretty lavender, transparent cubes have nifty violet edge phantoms and satin lustre faces. The dominating isolated cube near the top is 3.1 cm across and the largest cube in the cluster is 3.9 cm across. The fluorites are in excellent shape, with only one minimally noticeable dinged end noted to a cube in the center of the cluster. HIGHLY UNUSUAL orange-pink fluorescence on this very fine and artistic large combination example from this noted locale. Classic Asturias fluorite and barite. Ex Sanabria Collection.
