Large Fluorapophyllite w/ Stilbite

Item Description

An impressive, very large, doubly terminated, blocky bi-colored tetragonal apophyllite crystal from recent finds in Jalgaon. The striking very glassy, highly lustrous, translucent crystal has a rich mint-green core with near colorless to white termination faces. The two modified corners and the 4.7 cm, two-generation stilbite ball jauntily set on the top are classic and fine assocations. The striking display view is essentially pristine with the attachment on the back being mostly out-of-sight. This is a significant large cubic bi-colored apophyllite from Jalgaon, which continually amazes with the outstanding quality of Zeolite Group species.
