Item Description
Large, sharp apatite crystals of this quality are very uncommon from this well-known Russian locale. This impressive sharply terminated crystal has beautiful teal-green color, high luster and a striking mottled interor, that highlights this glassy, gemmy/translucent crystal. Complete all-around. A few bruised/contacted areas are noted, but are barely noticeable on this striking large 360-degree crystal. Apatite from Slyudyanka is a classic and desirable mineral species. A very choice and rare large crystal from the David Burgess Collection.
