Large floater Apophyllite xl

Item Description

One of several specimens marketed as "marshy apophyllite" from a recent find in Nasik, that are completely unlike anything I have seen before. My first response was to think them ugly but, really, they are not...the lustrous umber-yellow color is really unique and, in combination with the sharp, tetragonal geometry of these floater crystals, quite interesting and appealing in person. Nearly pristine, the one spot of edgewear is on the back of the specimen. This is a complete, unique floater apophyllite!
