Item Description
An impressive, large and very rich two-sided malachite pseudomorph after azurite rib from the famous Milpillas Mine. The front is covered with striking large and lustrous lozenge-shaped pseudos, to 3.3 cm (some are doubly terminated). The back is decidedly different, with the generally smaller pseudos colorfully outlined by white dickite clay. The bit of noted periphery wear has minimal impact to the overall high quality of this choice large two-sided piece. Valued at $2000-2500 for size and quality. This is from the heyday of Malachite finds here circa 2010. Few of this size, with no big damage and good consistency, are on the market anymore.
