Large faden Quartz ex Obodda

Item Description

An impressive and sculptural large specimen of stacked water-clear tabular quartz crystals with sharp chisel edges and a distinctive faden or "string" running down the length of the piece. The termination is all there and the two-sided specimen is pristine. The offset crystal growth and projecting crystals on one side add pizzazz. This is a large and very fine example from the late 1990s finds. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock and valued by Herb at $500, more than seven years ago. It is worth more today.
