An impressive, sculptural large 360-degree jackstraw cluster of oxide-coated, pearlescent gray acicular elpidite crystals from the famed Poudrette Quarry. Elpidite, a rare hydrated Na-Zr silicate, is another example of the numerous world-class species, that have come from this exotic alkaline deposit. Both ends were contacted against the vug walls, as it often occurs. A significant and excellent large example of the species from this renowned locale.
