Item Description
A fabulous and dramatic large cluster of water-clear, doubly terminated, parallel-growth gypsum blades from the famous mines at Naica. The sculptural and artistic form of this piece is mesmerizing! A couple of blades even have curved tips. The included matrix running through the entire piece adds real contrast and pizzazz. The attachment point is at the top of the left back. The display face is in outstanding shape, considering the density and softness of gypsum, with only trivial brusing. The broken crystals noted at the top-left at the attachment point are certainly only a very minimal detraction to this striking large gypsum. Valued at $1000 for high quality.
