This impressive large doubly terminated aquamarine crystal is aesthetically wrapped by pearlescent bladed cleavelandite. The striking, glassy, translucent, tabular crystal (10.6 x 3.3 x 2.1 cm) is a beautiful, rich powder-blue followed by a pastel-blue section, with the bottom 3.8 cm being a starkly contrasting, dark ice-blue. The aqua in complete all-around and pristine. The mulitple, pinacoidal terminations and albite-filled crevasse add much character. Valued at $1750-2000 for aesthetics and size.
