Item Description

An impressive large doubly terminated quartz crystal is accented with a striking dense cluster of opposing quartz crystals on this exceptional large and sculptural specimen from the well-known Ron Coleman Mine of Arkansas. The sharp termination areas are water-clear with the mid-section being translucent where the crystal cluster is attached. The primary termination faces are glass-clear with the prism faces and lower termination faces being satin luster or frosted. The subtle stepped-growth prism faces add allure. The imposing large crystal is also slightly bent from tectonic forces, adding more character. The large secondary crystal is 15.2 cm long. Complete all-around and essentially pristine.
