Highly lustrous, translucent, color-zoned, fluorite cubes to 4.8 cm form a dramatic and impressive, LARGE CABINET, specimen from the famous Denton Mine. The intergrown, penetration-twinned crystals have striking, dense, stepped-growth faces. The color is a rich deep violet, but backlighting reveals beautiful zones of purple and light blue. Nearly pristine, for such a large piece, having only trivial cornerwear. Classic large Denton Mine material. There are even fluorite cubes on the back of this large crust!
